How do I find my authorization code?

What is an authorization code?

Mileage Ace authorization codes are used to allow the owner of a tracker to let another account have access to that mileage log. This is most often used by companies who need to allow employees full access to their own log.

What if I own my tracker?


If you are the owner of your tracker, please send an email to support@mileage-ace.com and include the Link ID on the back of your tracker so we can solve the conflict.

Who uses an authorization code?

Any user who will not be the owner of the tracker will need the authorization code in order to link that tracker to his or her account.

This means an employee will need this number in order to link the tracker into his or her personal account.

Where to find the authorization code

The owner of the tracker (usually the company account), can find it in their account by doing the following:

  1. Click their email address at the top right and choose “Manage Trackers” from the menu.
  2. Find the device in the list of trackers.
  3. One of the columns is labeled “Authorization Code”. This is the authorization code for this tracker.
