Sometimes when you are on the Device Setup page or are adding a tracker on the Trackers / Vehicles page you can be asked to enter payment information. This is usually because your payment info is missing or has expired, but sometimes you can be asked to do this when you do not need to.
First, visit the billing page to make sure you actually do have valid payment information. Make sure your card has not expired or that it’s not an old card that has been cancelled.
If your payment information is valid, log out and log back in. That should fix the issue.
